Learning Masterminds (LM) is an education and development
organization committed to improving learning outcomes and
empowering children, youth, educators, and communities through
innovative, evidence-based interventions. The INSPIRE Project seeks
to empower young people by equipping them with life skills,
leadership competencies, career awareness, and opportunities that
promote positive decision-making, resilience, and personal
development. The project engages students, parents, schools, and
community stakeholders to improve educational participation and
reduce school dropout. Learning Masterminds is seeking a motivated
and enthusiastic Project Intern to support the implementation of
project activities in Afuaman. Purpose of the Position The Project
Intern will provide administrative, logistical, monitoring, and
field support to ensure the effective implementation of INSPIRE
project activities. The intern will work closely with the project
team, schools, and community stakeholders while gaining practical
experience in project implementation, monitoring, and youth
development. Key Responsibilities • Support the planning and
implementation of project activities in participating school and
community • Assist in organizing life skills, leadership,
mentoring, and career guidance sessions • Support participant
registration and attendance management • Facilitate and assist
facilitators during training sessions, and community engagements •
Assist in administering questionnaires, surveys, and feedback forms
• Support data entry, cleaning, and validation • Document project
activities through photographs, videos, and meeting notes for social
media postings and marketing as part of fundraising • Assist in
preparing activity reports and success stories • Assist in
coordinating site visits and stakeholder meetings • Assist in
scheduling meetings and project events • Perform other
administrative duties assigned by the Project Coordinator
Qualifications • Recent graduate with a degree or diploma in
Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Psychology,
Sociology, Project Management, Youth Development, or a related
field. Required Skills and Competencies • Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and time
management skills • Ability to work effectively with children,
youth, teachers, and community members • Basic knowledge of
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Good report writing
and documentation skills • Team player with a positive attitude and
willingness to learn • Ability to work independently with minimal
