The Project Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the customer relationship and coordination of large project orders. Coordinate with Vendors and Customers, providing both technical expertise and logistical support, while maintaining strong business relationships.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage material for large customer project(s)
- Assist with managing customer inventory both inside warehouses and in designated yards
- Interface with key customer contacts and sales team to understand projects scopes and needs
- Quote/Sales Order entry
- Issue purchase orders to vendors
- Expedite open orders
- Negotiate with freight carriers and arrange deliveries
- Obtain and review shipping/receiving documentation and MTR’s
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing
- Develop SOPs and written processes for customer project(s) as needed
- Be in compliance with all established SOPs
- Control document flow of large customer project(s)
- Spreadsheet construction and maintenance for large customer project(s)
- Analyze and recommend areas where efficiencies and advantages can be gained by DNOW and/or our customer
- Support Project Managers as workload permits
- Manage, maintain, and execute multiple projects and assignments simultaneously with minimum supervision

- Experience with PVF materials
- Oil & Gas knowledge preferred
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office - Excel and Word)
- Process, administrative, operations and SAP experience
