As a Project Coordinator – Technical Services Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting labeling and packaging operations within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. What you will do

  • Interface with clients and internal teams to relay project updates, resolve issues, and maintain effective cross-functional communication.
  • Coordinate label design, proofing, approval, and production activities to support packaging operations and project timelines.
  • Create, revise, and maintain label designs, proofs, and printed samples for client review and approval.
  • Collaborate with Project Management and other stakeholders to ensure labeling requirements and translations are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Manage label production schedules, inventory levels, and documentation to support uninterrupted operations.
  • Ensure labeling processes comply with cGMP requirements, quality standards, and regulatory expectations.
  • Partner with Quality, Operations, Purchasing, and external vendors to support investigations, audits, inspections, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Promote a strong culture of safety and sustainability by following established procedures and identifying opportunities for improvement.

What we are looking for

  • Associate degree in Project Management, Life Sciences, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Experience working in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or other regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of label design, printing, document control, or packaging operations.
  • Strong proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
