ProSync is seeking a Project Coordinator/Technical Writer to support the DFC Cybersecurity Division by coordinating program activities, maintaining documentation libraries, managing deliverables, and ensuring high‑quality, audit‑ready artifacts across RMF, ConMon, POA&M management, and governance processes. This role works closely with ISSO Leads, Senior ISSOs, Program Management, and stakeholders to maintain compliant, version‑controlled documents and facilitate communication across the program.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Program Coordination
- Coordinate project schedules, governance meetings (ERB, CAB, CCB, PMO Syncs, Stand‑Ups, Monthly Service Reviews), and deliverable timelines as required by the PWS.
- Track action items, issues, risks, and cross‑team dependencies; maintain status dashboards and logs.
- Support transition‑in and transition‑out activities, ensuring alignment with program requirements.
Documentation & Technical Writing
- Develop, edit, and maintain cybersecurity documentation including SSPs, security plans, diagrams, procedures, change impact analyses, POA&M records, RMF artifacts, governance reports, privacy documentation, and audit support packages.
- Ensure documentation adheres to government standards, version‑control practices, and approval workflows.
- Organize artifacts in SharePoint and ensure alignment with CSAM authoritative records.
Governance & Reporting Support
- Prepare meeting materials, briefing documents, monthly service review content, and executive summaries.
- Support recurring reporting requirements (ConMon, vulnerabilities, change requests, authorization status, KPIs, SLAs, AQLs).
- Assist ISSOs with evidence collection for audits, control assessments, and compliance reviews.
Requirements
- 4+ years' experience supporting federal cybersecurity, RMF, ISSO, or IT programs.
- Strong technical writing capabilities with a proven ability to translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear documentation.
- Familiarity with NIST SP 800‑37, 800‑53 Rev 5, 800‑60, 800‑128, 800‑137, FISMA, and OMB A‑130.
- Experience with repositories such as SharePoint, and ideally exposure to CSAM and ServiceNow.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project‑coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast‑paced, performance‑based environment.
- A minimum active Public Trust security clearance is required to be considered for this position. (We are not able to sponsor candidates for a security clearance)
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university in any field.
