Role and Responsibilities

As a Project Coordinator – SCM Strategy, you will be at the heart of driving transformation in our supply chain operations. Working closely with diverse teams, you'll play a key role in executing and refining the SCM roadmap, ensuring every decision is data-driven. Your day-to-day will involve monitoring KPIs, validating crucial reports, and swiftly tackling urgent requests that directly shape business success. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the SEBN SCM Strategy Roadmap: Drive the strategic vision and execution of supply chain processes.
• Monitor and Analyze KPIs: Track and report on critical metrics such as sell-out achievement, forecast accuracy, and inventory aging to optimize performance.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze data from the market, customers, and factories to identify trends and improve operations.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Maintain close communication with sales divisions, RHQ, and HQ to address supply chain issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Manage Ad-Hoc Requests: Efficiently handle time-sensitive SCM-related requests to support business operations.
• Translate Business Needs into Operational Processes: Convert client or business requirements into actionable sub-strategy and operational processes.
• Drive Process Improvement & Innovation: Manage SCM data and lead efforts to improve processes and implement innovations for greater efficiency.
• Provide Data Insights for Decision Making: Create reports and deliver actionable insights to support business decisions.
   

Your team
As a Project Coordinator – SCM Strategy, you’ll be part of a small, dynamic team of two, working closely with your manager. Strong collaboration and communication are vital, as you’ll interact with various stakeholders in a fast-paced, project-based environment. Daily tasks include monitoring project progress, reviewing reports, and managing ad-hoc requests to ensure the successful execution of supply chain strategies.

As a Project Coordinator - SCM Strategy, you bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with strong numerical and analytical abilities. With a proactive, team-oriented mindset, you excel at managing ad-hoc requests promptly, ensuring efficient project execution and timely delivery of results.
 

We also request:

• A completed Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration, or an equivalent education.

• Minimal of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, within an international high-tech environment in a multinational company.

• A good command of the English and Korean language at a professional level.

• Skilled in using MS Office (Excel) and SAP systems
