Everforth ECS is seeking a Project Coordinator Subject Matter Expert to work in the Orlando, Florida area.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000

- The Project Coordinator Subject Matter Expert provides acquisition and programmatic support assisting Government personnel in planning, developing, executing, and managing acquisition actions in support of Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS). The individual supports the full acquisition lifecycle to ensure procurements are compliant, well-documented, and aligned with cost, schedule, performance, and training objectives.
- Responsibilities include supporting development, review, and coordination of acquisition documentation such as Statements of Work (SOWs), Performance Work Statements (PWSs), Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs), market research documentation, acquisition strategies, and Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs). The Project Coordinator Subject Matter Expert supports preparation and staffing of requirements packages, tracks contract actions and modifications, and coordinates with contracting offices and technical teams.
- Additional duties include supporting technical, management, and cost proposal evaluations in accordance with established evaluation criteria; assisting with funding documentation and acquisition milestones; tracking contract deliverables and performance metrics; and preparing acquisition-related reports and briefings. The role collaborates closely with systems engineers, test engineers, logisticians, financial analysts, and leadership to ensure acquisition activities effectively support TADSS development, fielding, sustainment, and modernization efforts.
- The Project Coordinator Subject Matter Expert provides analytical support and recommendations to enable informed acquisition decisions and ensures acquisition processes are executed efficiently and in compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
Active Secret Clearance
Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting acquisition or contracting activities within a DoD or Federal environment
- Demonstrated experience with:
- Development and review of acquisition documentation (SOWs, PWSs, IGCEs)
- Market research and acquisition planning
- Contract action and deliverable tracking
- Proposal evaluation support
- Coordination with contracting offices and technical teams
