In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Drive successful project execution by coordinating closely with Sales, Project Management, and Credit teams to meet lifecycle targets while delivering a seamless customer experience.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency by validating project documentation, take-offs, and credit/data inputs to support smooth project initiation and execution.
- Strengthen customer relationships through proactive communication, consistent follow-up, and clear updates on project status and next steps.
- Support project delivery by tracking progress, identifying issues early, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to resolve risks and roadblocks.
- Enhance project visibility by maintaining accurate records, monitoring key metrics, and communicating timely status updates to the Project Manager and team.
- Contribute to financial and operational outcomes by assisting with budget planning, tracking expenditures, and providing analytical insights to keep projects on track.
- Improve project outcomes by identifying risks, applying quality tools, and contributing to the development of effective project plans and timelines.
- Build organizational capability by documenting lessons learned, sharing best practices, and managing defined portions of projects and administrative logistics with accountability.
