  • Maintain project records, databases, trackers, meeting notes, and project documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support project risk management activities using quality and project management tools to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by documenting lessons learned and sharing best practices with teams.
  • Analyze procurement and project data to support reporting, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain automation tools, dashboards, and reports using Excel, macros, and other digital tools.
  • Support process improvement and workflow optimization initiatives within procurement operations.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
