Summary Generated by Built In

Banyan Software provides the best permanent home for successful enterprise software companies, their employees, and customers. We are on a mission to acquire, build and grow great enterprise software businesses all over the world that have dominant positions in niche vertical markets. In recent years, Banyan was named the #1 fastest-growing private software company in the US on the Inc. 5000 and amongst the top 10 fastest-growing companies by the Deloitte Technology Fast 500. Founded in 2016 with a permanent capital base setup to preserve the legacy of founders, Banyan focuses on a buy and hold for life strategy for growing software companies that serve specialized vertical markets.

About printIQ: Banyan's Portfolio Company

printIQ is a leading cloud-based Print MIS platform serving the global printing industry. With teams across North America, Australia, and New Zealand, we partner with print businesses to modernize operations through scalable, SaaS-based solutions.

We are a fast-growing, remote-first organization that values ownership, collaboration, and customer success. As our customer base expands, we are looking to add a Project Coordinator to support and manage software implementation projects across North America.

The Role

The Project Coordinator will support and coordinate customer software implementation projects for printIQ’s cloud-based Print MIS platform. This role is highly client-facing and execution-focused, ensuring projects move forward smoothly, resources are well-coordinated, and customers remain informed and confident throughout the implementation lifecycle.

This is not a traditional, certification-heavy project management role. Instead, it is well suited for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple workstreams, working closely with customers and internal teams, and keeping projects organized and on track in a growing SaaS environment.

The role is fully remote within the United States and reports into the North American Operations leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Delivery
  • Coordinate multiple concurrent customer implementation projects from kickoff through go-live
  • Track project tasks, milestones, dependencies, and timelines using Zoho Projects and internal tools
  • Ensure projects progress according to agreed schedules and service expectations
  • Manage allocation and tracking of professional services hours across projects
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, updates, and status reports
Customer & Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers during the implementation phase
  • Coordinate communication between customers and internal teams including product specialists, implementation consultants, and support
  • Proactively follow up on action items, risks, and dependencies to prevent delays
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers by providing clear communication and consistent follow-through
Tools, Process & Administration
  • Maintain accurate time tracking and project records to support billing and reporting
  • Support internal project meetings, scoping discussions, and follow-up activities
  • Use and maintain project management and collaboration tools including Zoho Projects and Notion
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal coordination, documentation, and project workflows
General Support
  • Assist with ad hoc operational and project-related tasks as needed
  • Ask questions, seek clarification, and proactively gather information to keep projects moving
  • Contribute to a customer-first culture and continuous improvement mindset

Required Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in a project coordination, implementation, or client-facing delivery role
  • Experience working in a SaaS, software, or technology-driven environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable working with remote teams across multiple time zones
  • Proficiency with project management or collaboration tools (Zoho Projects, Notion, Jira, Asana, or similar)

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Experience supporting software implementations or professional services projects
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms or SaaS delivery models
  • Exposure to the printing industry or Print MIS software
  • Experience working in smaller, fast-growing organizations where roles evolve over time

What This Role Is (and Is Not)

This role is:

  • Execution-focused and coordination-heavy
  • Client-facing and relationship-driven
  • Ideal for someone who enjoys structure, follow-through, and problem-solving

This role is not:

  • A presales or revenue ownership role
  • A budget ownership or financial forecasting role
  • A rigid, methodology-driven PMP-style project management position

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary, expected range: USD 60,000–70,000, depending on experience and expertise
  • Fully remote role within the United States
  • Opportunity to grow with a scaling SaaS organization
  • Collaborative, supportive team environment

Why Join printIQ

  • Work with a global, remote-first team
  • Gain exposure to complex, long-term SaaS implementation projects
  • Play a meaningful role in customer success and delivery
  • Opportunity to grow into broader project or operations responsibilities over time
