Responsibilities- Assist producer on collect and communicate with client on following key management elements:
- Project planning and execution
- Resource planning and allocation
- Risk identification and solutions
- Assist production team with verbal and written communication through project agreed channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or above education background, overseas is big plus (preferred management major)
- Mature personality, able to manage relationships at a senior level and appreciate multicultural working environments.
- Creative, pragmatic, and able to find the best solutions to overcome obstacles and ensure project development.
- In-depth knowledge and passion for games.
- Ability to learn new skills quickly and possess high levels of self-motivation.
- Great communication skills.
- Korean and English (both written and spoken) proficiency
- A keen eye for detail and high standards of work and a commitment to the development process.
- Familiar with Scrum is a plus
Skills Required
- Bachelor degree or above
- Overseas education (preferred) / Management major preferred
- Mature personality and ability to manage senior-level relationships in multicultural environments
- Creative, pragmatic problem solving to overcome development obstacles
- In-depth knowledge of and passion for games
- Quick learner with high self-motivation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
