Project Coordinator / Junior Scrum Master

Position Summary:
The Project Coordinator / Junior Scrum Master supports the planning, coordination, and execution of projects within a technical and software development environment. This role partners with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are completed on time and supports the use of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities, schedules, and deliverables.
- Support software development projects and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Track project status, risks, issues, and action items.
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates.
- Support continuous improvement and adherence to project management best practices.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, Scrum, or related roles within a technical or software development environment.
- Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
Certification Requirement
Candidates must possess at least one relevant certification, such as:
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I)
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
- PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
