What you will be doing:

You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and will be supporting the client-facing team to deliver white glove service to a portfolio of premium and luxury brands.

Responsibilities

The duties will involve assisting the Customer Success Managers with various aspects of day-to-day operations:

  • Project Management: internal briefs, presentation preparations, invoicing, coordination with other internal teams
  • Support to the regional VP on transversal tasks: consolidation of data for the market, key business trackers
  • Learning experience: possibility to shadow Customer Success team members in their client meetings, participation to all internal calls where the teams are being trained on new services and methodologies…

Requirements

What you will bring along:

This role requires interest in retail/luxury industry and customer experience as well as the ability to work mostly on administration, coordination, and problem-solving tasks. You should also have the below:

  • Perfect English skills (both oral & written)
  • Organizational skills & Project Management
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent Excel & Power Point skills
  • Autonomy in tasks management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Data visualization skills would be greatly appreciated

As the needs of our clients evolved, however, and the needs of our business developed, we recognized that this approach was not as effective as it once had been. We recognized something needed to change. And so CXG was born.
