Responsibilities
- Participate in client meetings and manage team goals, schedules, information
- Building and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication.
- Organize communications with team members, client management, and external stakeholders including suppliers
- Create documents, analyze and report information to internal and external team members
- Maintain project issue management and reporting
- Provide meeting organization coordination support
- Support OEM supplier communications
- Manage onboarding and training
- Support organizing Q&A status
- Document creation
- Meeting support
- Schedule management
- Utilizing OEM's scheduling/onboarding system
Requirements
- 3+ years of work experience in administration or Bachelors in Communication, English
- Proficient in all MS Office tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a multinational team environment
- Good organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with Japanese OEM's (preferred)
