Level III – Project Coordinator

itD is seeking a Level III – Project Coordinator to support project coordination and administrative activities for a large-scale data center construction environment. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of project coordination or administrative support experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to independently manage schedules, deadlines, documentation, and coordination across multiple levels of an organization.

Location: Onsite full-time – Richland Parish Data Center, Rayville, Louisiana
Travel: No travel required
Duration: 18 months, with potential for extension
Pay Rate: $19.91 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project schedules, meetings, deadlines, and deliverables to support timely project execution.
  • Track project progress and follow up with team members and stakeholders on outstanding tasks and commitments.
  • Coordinate administrative and project support activities with general contractors and other project stakeholders.
  • Assist with preparing project progress updates, planning documentation, reports, and other project materials.
  • Support client and internal team needs by coordinating logistics, information, and follow-up activities.
  • Attend client, staff, and project meetings; document relevant actions, decisions, and follow-up items.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive assistants, senior executives, project teams, and construction partners.

Internal Responsibilities

  • Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
  • Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
  • Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
  • Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
  • Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
  • Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, executive support, or a related role.
  • Experience coordinating schedules, deadlines, deliverables, and project activities.
  • Experience providing administrative support and coordinating with general contractors or project stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively across multiple levels of an organization.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with standard productivity tools.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience working with executive assistants, senior executives, and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and related productivity tools.
  • Experience supporting construction, data center, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Ability and willingness to visit and walk an active construction site.
  • Executive Assistant experience is highly valued.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
