The Project Coordinator II - IT Operations is responsible for IT operations coordination and support services. Coordinating daily IT operations, logistics, cadence, and documentation to translate strategy into operations.
This position reports to the Sr Mgr IT GxP Compliance and Helpdesk and is part of their IT Department located in Fargo, ND and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Ensure smooth day-to-day project delivery, supporting hygiene and usage of project tools across teams.
To energize teams through structure and rhythm, setting direction to keep teams focused and prevent distraction.
Generate and manage purchase orders (POs) and support IT finance workflows
Act as the first point of contact for coordination between vendors and internal stakeholders.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Hands-on experience with project coordination and documentation (RAID log, trackers, minutes, and retrospectives) for minimum 4 years
Familiarity with IT finance processes including PO creation and tracking
Facilitate meetings by prepping agendas, slides, trackers, and logistics
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
