Primary Responsibilities

Responsible for proposal activities that support varying aspects of proposal development and selling efforts consistent with the Company and Business Line’s strategic plan and business goals. May participate in various phases of the proposal process from decision to pursue (i.e. Bid/No-Bid), strategy development, and performance analysis. Collaborates and supports to the Proposals Team Members in development of proposals activities. Responsible for Proposals Support activity including completion of RFI's/questionnaires, prequalification packages, resume formatting, library upkeep and coordination / development of presentations. Must be detailed oriented and possess or develop fundamental knowledge of commercial acumen related to company pricing. Must be able to understand customer RFQ's with basic technical requirements and develop/structure the framework for a Brown & Root proposal that will satisfy customer’s requirements, including coordinating the completion of the proposal. Responsible for upkeep of CRM activity and tracking of opportunities. Promotes and develops proposal process and procedures to meet the needs of the organization and ensures compliance.  Under general supervision, and occasional direct supervision, performs assignments requiring experience and knowledge of standard concepts within the background of the company service offerings and experience. Displays core job competencies by analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures while developing advanced skills.
