Project Coordinator - Hybrid

Responsible for all aspects of the new product request (NPR) process. This position will be tasked with assessing product function and cost of new and existing technology, reviewing/analyzing new product or product change requests, coordinating trials and evaluations and communicating final decisions through product approval councils. Assists in the execution of identified opportunities for product standardization, product substitution, and the implementation of practices that are designed to reduce the cost of care while maintaining or improving quality.

Required qualifications:

  • 3 years of related experience with supporting project management; experience supporting strategic plans for complex initiatives; experience with strategy development and/or program management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Business, Supply Chain Management or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3 years of experience in large project management in a healthcare setting.
  • Clinical caregiver experience (Surgical tech,  Medical assistant, or CNA)

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position.  The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
