You as a Project Coordinator - HSE Compliance will:

  • Review and manage HSE documentation and document control systems, including version control, naming conventions, and file management, to ensure accuracy, compliance, completeness, and audit readiness.
  • Identify and track missing, outstanding, and overdue documentation, follow up with project teams to obtain required records, and escalate compliance risks as needed.
  • Maintain compliance trackers and monitoring tools for EllisDon and subcontractor requirements.
  • Support reporting activities by providing accurate compliance data and project updates.
  • Coordinate HSE training, orientation, and compliance requirements for employees.
  • Act as a liaison between project teams and HSE stakeholders regarding compliance requirements and documentation status.
  • Communicate compliance risks, documentation status, and process improvement opportunities to key stakeholders.
     

Is this the right role for you?

  • 2-3 years of experience in administration, document control, compliance, project coordination, or a construction-related environment.
  • Experience maintaining compliance records, training records, trackers, and document management systems.
  • Strong understanding of document control practices, including filing standards, version control, naming conventions, and record retention.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Experience coordinating documentation and requirements with multiple stakeholders, including subcontractors and field teams.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when managing records and compliance documentation.
  • Experience with HSE, COR, regulatory compliance, training records, inspections, or related documentation is considered an asset. 
  • The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $75,000
