- Personally assist and follow up on each job with estimators and installers to ensure timely execution.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to maintain quality standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients, estimators, and installers.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and schedules.
- Identify and resolve issues that may affect project timelines or quality.
- Support the team in ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in the flooring industry, specifically tile installation projects.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of project coordination or related experience.
