PROJECT COORDINATOR - FAIR & EVENTS
We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator in the Sales Operations department who will be responsible for coordination and planning of all commercial events, trade fairs, and activation of our 18 showrooms. The expected start date is as soon as possible.
The ideal candidate
The ideal candidate has experience within fair & event planning combined with a commercial mindset, and a strong ability to execute. Furthermore, you are well structured, excited to support the sales team succeed and eager to contribute with your solutions. Ideally you hold project management experience.
Your key responsibilities
As Project Coordinator in Sales Operations, you are an important link between Sales management, our Regional sales teams and Global marketing when planning and executing all international fairs and regional events.
Your main responsibility is to involve our Sales and Marketing teams in these projects, plan and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including global sales teams. Your hand-on support is also expected during international fairs & events and you initiate evaluation and implementation of new learnings.
Most important responsibilities:
Project lead on all commercial activities such as Trade Fairs and Design events.
Planning and coordination of all activation in Muuto showrooms. Coordinate and planning with local sales teams.
Planning of 2 international Sales Conferences a year.
Coordinate and maintain product sampling setup on all Muuto locations.
Coordinate and follow up on distribution of all marketing materials.
Develop concepts that activate Showrooms & retail stores together with marketing team.
Align project deadlines and support Visual merchandising planning.
Your profile
Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience, preferably from the design or lifestyle industry.
Project management experience.
Eager to support the Sales Team and not afraid of hands-on tasks or taking on new challenges.
Structured mindset and ability to keep overview of many projects and activities at the same time while deliver on deadlines.
Strong execution skills and creative problem-solving approach.
A team player who enjoys working with internal & external stakeholders
Fluent in English and Danish oral and written.
