Project Coordinator, Energy Efficiency (Hybrid)

Location: Atlanta, GA (Remote – Home Office with Local Travel)

What you will be doing:
- Work as part of the commercial energy efficiency team ensuring that the evaluation, implementation, and verification of utility sponsored energy efficiency projects are successfully executed.
- Interface with customers and contractors participating in utility sponsored programs.
- Assist with processing incoming project applications.
- Review project application forms and submittals to ensure compliance with program policies and procedures.
- Assign project applications for further processing and review per program policies and procedures
- Assist with customer and contractor inquiries.
- Coordinate quality control follow up on project inspections and customer surveys as appropriate.
What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):
- High School Diploma OR GED
- 2+ years’ experience with MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel). An advanced understanding of Excel is required.

- Outstanding analytical, writing and communication skills.
- Utility, energy efficiency or equivalent trade experience a plus.
- Experience working with databases.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask, and ability to work in a fast pace environment.
- Familiarity with energy efficiency, lighting, HVAC and other related technologies.
- Strong time management, communication, and organization skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Comfort in learning and using digital tools.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$40,618.00 - $69,051.00
