About the team
Digital Transformation Services (DTS) acts as the central bridge between business requirements and IT delivery within the Future Operating Model.
The DTS team ensures that business needs are clearly structured, prioritized, and translated into IT-ready requirements, while maintaining an end-to-end perspective across systems and value streams.
By connecting business goals, customer impact, and technical implementation, DTS enables scalable, standardized, and reliable delivery of business value.
Your tasks
As "Editorial Assistant " you will support the Digital Transformation Services (DTS) team with the following tasks:
- Deliver ongoing editorial support within content management, focusing on the maintenance of product-related content in the mobile communications sector (GK).
- Manage and maintain product-related content within content management systems for the mobile communications sector (GK).
- Maintain and update pricing, tariff, contractual condition, and device data across relevant editorial and product database systems.
- Create, modify, and deactivate tariffs, options, and hardware products in accordance with specifications from Product Management and Marketing.
- Implement price changes, product launches, and promotional offers within the relevant systems and ensure correct representation across digital channels.
- Ensure high data quality, completeness, and consistency of all maintained product and tariff information.
- Perform quality assurance and plausibility checks for all entered or updated content.
- Maintain business logic using the relevant editorial systems (RESI, CoreMedia, Business Service Portal).
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including the Tariff Factory, Product Management, Marketing, and IT.
- Support the analysis and resolution of data or display issues in online channels.
- Document changes and ensure compliance with defined editorial standards and operational processes.
Your profile
- Fluent German (at least C1)
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional proofreading and editing skills.
- Organization: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Content Management Systems (CMS)
