We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator cum Office Manager to join our team. This dual-function role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys supporting project execution while managing the daily operations of the office. You will play a key role in coordinating project activities and ensuring an efficient, well-run office environment that supports productivity and team collaboration.
Functional (job responsibilities)
Project Coordination:
- Support project planning and scheduling by coordinating tasks, meetings, and resources.
- Maintain and update project documentation, timelines, and status reports.
- Assist in communication between internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Help prepare materials and logistics for workshops, meetings, and presentations.
Office Management:
- Oversee general office operations, including supplies, facilities management, and vendor coordination.
- Manage administrative processes and maintain organized records and documentation.
Jobholder Requirements
Education/Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination and/or office management.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
Special Skills
Good communication skills, both oral and written
Excellent documentation skills and technical writing abilities
Team player, always willing to help/support team efforts
Able and willing to work independently with minimal supervision
Ready to take initiative/leadership, should situation require it
