About the Client:

CP Build was founded in 1980 and is a privately held and fast-growing commercial finishes contractor. We are a group of highly talented tight-knit construction professionals mixed with strategic and passionate individuals focused on executing projects and supplying the best-curated products from around the world. We are growing our team and looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team. CP Build is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join the team. You will be responsible for work that will directly impact the project outcome and sales growth of the organization.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable in a high-growth, hard-working environment and will roll up their sleeves to do whatever is necessary to push the company forward while contributing to the strategic direction of the organization. You should have experience balancing the need for processes with promoting autonomy and excessive communication.

About the Role:

This role supports projects from start to finish by managing materials, tracking timelines, and keeping communication organized. This is a structured, process-driven role focused on coordination and follow-through.

Success in this position comes from staying organized, paying attention to detail, and reliably executing established processes. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys steady, organized work and takes pride in keeping things on track behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and send product submittals.
  • Track approvals and follow up to keep projects moving.
  • Order and track materials based on project schedules.
  • Communicate with vendors on lead times and delivery dates.
  • Coordinate deliveries to align with installation timing.
  • Provide regular updates to internal teams on project status.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 6–12 months of administrative, coordination, or scheduling experience.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment.

Schedule, Pay, and Benefits:

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • Pay Range: $20 – $24 per hour, depending on experience.
