Project Coordinator, Capital Projects – Leading Projects That Shape Communities
Location: Irving, TX (corporate office) or Chicago, IL
Hybrid, will be required to meet onsite as needed.
About the Role
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll oversee capital projects that directly impact the lives of residents and the communities they call home. From planning to execution, you’ll ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and with excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Manage capital projects from start to finish.
- Oversee contractors, schedules, budgets, and compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with property teams and leadership to align construction with community needs.
- Monitor quality and ensure projects meet company standards.
- Troubleshoot challenges and keep projects moving forward with solutions-focused leadership.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience managing multi-family or residential capital projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, safety protocols, and building codes.
- Excellent organizational, scheduling, and budgeting skills.
- A problem-solver with strong communication and leadership abilities.
