We are seeking a new Project Coordinator and Observer to join our team at Ardmore Roderick. As a Project Coordinator and Observer, you join a team of infrastructure solutions experts working to solve our client’s ever evolving project needs. This opportunity will be located primarily in a field LOCATION, with occasional office time, depending on the specific client, project and team needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and Document project construction progress in daily logs
• Attend construction coordination meetings representing CDWM
•Coordinate the work with the existing operations at the Southwest Pumping Station Site and the Durkin Park Site
• Review following example project documents on behalf of DWM that are submitted by GPWC project representatives and communicate input from CDWM and other relevant PMO staff.

Salary Range: $134,160-154,980, Ardmore Roderick is providing the compensation range that the company believes it might pay and/or offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.

- Shop drawings
- Pay requests
- Certified payrolls and payroll summary reports
- RFI’s from Contractors
- Insurance and bonding forms
- Payment and Performance Bonds
- MBE/WBE Utilization Reports
- Project schedules for all Project Elements
- Contractor and Manufacturer’s warranties
- Change orders as requested by the party holding the contract
Required Qualifications
- BS in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant project experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Have a team player mindset with the ability to communicate proficiently in written and verbal forms
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Licensed PE
