What You’ll Be Doing:
- Create and update AIA forms, invoicing documents, and other project specific documents.
- Download, organize, and distribute bid documents for the estimating team.
- Maintain spreadsheets, logs, and other project documents updated.
- Assist with accounts receivable, follow-ups on aging reports.
- Assist owners, project managers, and accounting with daily tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of construction experience working in or around construction.
- Able to meet deadlines and handle several tasks at once.
- Familiarity with AIA invoicing and financial reconciliations.
- Proficient with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and well organized.
- Strong math skills (REQUIRED).
- General support to management teams.
Added Skill Benefits:
- Able to do Perform takeoffs, review plans, break down quantities, and prepare accurate bids from start to finish.
- Comfortable reading blueprints and project specs. Experience with PlanSwift or On-Screen Takeoff is a plus.
