What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate day-to-day operations with internal teams and external partners
- Follow up on tasks, issues, and action items to ensure timely resolution
- Monitor operational performance and identify potential issues or gaps
- Coordinate with stakeholders to solve problems and keep operations running smoothly
- Maintain operational data, reports, and key information accurately
- Prepare updates and summaries for the team and management
- Support process improvements and ad-hoc business projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (Fresh graduates are welcome)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate
- Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work with multiple stakeholders
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Data Management
- Good command of English
