- Assist in the preparation and organization of project documentation, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate team meetings, prepare agendas, and take notes for effective follow-up actions.
- Support the project manager in tracking project progress, milestones, and ensuring adherence to timelines.
- Maintain project files, records, and relevant documentation in shared systems.
- Facilitate communication between project team members and internal stakeholders.
- Help track project budgets and ensure financial data is accurately updated and reported.
- Support resource allocation and scheduling of team members based on project needs.
