1.    Experience in supporting technical programs and projects and supporting project and delivery managers: 5+ yrs.

2.    Strong communication skills both orally and in writing in English.

3.    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in customer settings and with internal senior management. Solid active listening, facilitation, and presentation skills.

4.    Knowledge of Project Management (tools, tactics, and methodologies), operating policies, procedures, and practices.

5.    A team player, adept at working across departments to ensure user adoption and satisfaction.

6.    Ability to adapt to changing priorities and different types of work assignments.

7.    Experience with MS Visio, Project, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, SharePoint, MS Teams, and Wrike.

8.    Interact professionally with various levels of employees and outside representatives.

Skills

1.    Comfortable with involvement in user acceptance test planning.

2.    Effectively leverage multiple implementation team types (User experience, Change Management, Developer / Configuration Communities.

3.    Make presentations on project status and present status reports to the Business and ITS stakeholders.

4.    Independence & Collaboration; experience of working both independently and in a team- oriented, collaborative environment; must be able to drive work effectively with limited supervision (at times) while representing department and executive management interests and concerns.

5.    Work Ethic; focus on continual development, performance, accountability, and self-motivation.
