MUST BE ON-SITE 5 DAYS A WEEK IN SANTA, CLARA, CA
Provider will appoint a Project Delivery & Controls Specialist to be the focal point for managing the project workload assigned to it. The Project Delivery & Controls Specialist will liaise and support the regional CRE Project Delivery team. This position will be responsible for the below types of activities.

Job Description

a) Support the strategic planning and PM execution of the CRE Project Delivery teams’ regional programs, projects and global initiatives including:

o cost analysis

o schedule development

o procurement strategies

o manage relationships with eco-system of client partners, vendors & GC’s.

b) Vendor partner relationship management - e.g. global partners like PTS, Arup, IA, TECOM, etc. Vendor partners relationship and commercial management - companies that are perhaps more local and project specific - GC etc…

c) Provide project pipeline tracking and resource planning reports and analysis to help support and validate implementation strategies for CRE projects.

d) Be the main point of contact for training and onboarding of variable PM resources as well as other onboarding activities for key partners (architects, engineers, CG’s and various suppliers)

e) Bi-Weekly coordination and liaison with CRE Global HQ team(s) on strategies, and pipeline scope etc.

f) Support program reporting, presentations and communications

g) Manage project delivery scope and execution planning of multiple projects, including Capex/OpX or “small works” TI fit out projects in various locations across the regional geography,

o Travel will be on an as needed basis

h) Support the admin and data analysis of the Global and Regional Resource Planning, and support alignment of the resource plan with analytics of the pipeline, scope, schedule etc.

i) Support the preparation of project business case scenarios (low, medium, high)

j) Be the regional SME for the CRE software, tools and processes associated with these tools and their associated delivery function

k) Own the relationship with the regional market teams to ensure timely on-boarding of C&W variable resources as needed

l) Establish account best practice, provide weekly tracking, progress and reporting for all programs, projects and initiatives.

m) Ensure project data validation and data quality. Working with client and create and document expectations for cadence and data quality in our project and budget tracking tool. Communicate out to Delivery team and 3rd party PMs.

n) Assist in the creation of reports and presentations for senior management and client.

o) Leverage client and C&W systems and tools used for program and project management and provide training for service providers that will utilize the tools and templates. Provide cost tracking and administration of financial data, including creating and running regular reports and following up with PMO and market teams for budget and forecast updates

p) Implement programs that are consistent across the portfolio and recommend alternative means to deliver the services to realize higher quality standards, improved cycle times, customer satisfaction levels, and potential cost savings.

q) Collaborate with the global PMO team and contribute to the annual CRE Summit as needed

r) Support regional project delivery integration and optimization. Act as embedded process experts with the Project Delivery regional team leads by building deeper expertise and implementing industry best practices.

s) Operate and support cross functional teams in region via efficient and consistent meeting structure throughout the Project Design & Delivery process.

t) Support, manage and report on the Global CRE project intake process.

u) SME for on-boarding Project Managers and Architects on standard project processes, design decks, scheduling tool, budgeting tool, SFDC specific templates, and reporting tools before project kickoff.

v) maintain and develop process workflow and improvements in coordination with PMO Lead utilizing client specific software, Smartsheet, MS Suite, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.

1. Standards Development & Implementation

v) Design standards & guidelines: Support the maintenance, development and ongoing documentation of standards and guidelines including architectural, MEP, FF&E and IT/AV. Main accountable team is SPO.

w) Coordinate with sublease management team and lease administration for decommissioning processes as they relate to the Project Delivery team

x) Responsible for maintaining and communicating the innovations program decisions and next steps

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $ 132,100.20 - $155,412.00

  • B.S. Degree in Engineering, Architecture or related area
  • Minimum of 7 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role
  • A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity
