Job Description

  • Project Performance Reporting: Provide regular project performance reports to Texas Instruments Project Management Team, including project status, progress, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Project Controls: Establish and maintain project controls, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, to monitor and verify projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable insights to the Texas Instruments Project Management Team.
  • Project Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, and develop risk mitigation plans to minimize potential impacts on project timelines, budgets, and quality.
  • Schedule and Cost Management: Develop and maintain project schedules and cost estimates, and track progress against these baselines to monitor and verify projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Resource Allocation and Management: Coordinate with Texas Instruments teams to monitor and verify adequate resource allocation and overseeing to support project delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including Texas Instruments Project Management Team, project sponsors, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize project management processes and procedures.
  • Compliance and Governance: Monitor and verify compliance with Texas Instruments project management policies, procedures, and governance requirements.
  • Knowledge Management: Document and share project management best practices, lessons learned, and knowledge across the organization to improve project delivery and performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field
  • 8 years of experience in project controls or project performance management
  • Strong background in project scheduling, cost control, and KPI reporting
  • Experience in data analysis, risk management, and performance tracking
  • Ability to manage budgets, resources, and project baselines
  • Proficient in project controls tools and MS Office (Excel, reporting tools)
  • Strong stakeholder communication and reporting skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on governance, compliance, and process improvement
