Project Controls Intern

Position Responsibilities and Duties: 

• Attend and document project meetings (write minutes)  

• Coordinate project meeting action items with project teams 

• Collaborate with other departments on Project Controls initiatives 

• Assist with the set up and maintenance of an electronic filing system 

• Distribute documents to various stakeholders  

• Prepare and maintain logs   

• Transpose provided information into pre-established templates and format to meet established standards 

• Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently  

• Complete other responsibilities as assigned  

Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements: 

• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Teams platforms 

• Effective organizational skills a plus 

• Effective written and verbal English language communication skills  

• Advanced computer skills a plus

Compensation Range:

$20.00 - $22.00
