We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic professional to join our team as a Project Controls Coordinator in Toronto, ON (hybrid).

This is not an IT role. The successful candidate will have experience in project coordination, project administration, or project controls within a construction, engineering, manufacturing, or similar project-based environment.

Responsibilities: 
  • Support project progress tracking through meetings, email follow-ups, and regular team updates.
  • Maintain project trackers, action logs, status reports, and other project control tools.
  • Support the change management process and assist with cost tracking, actual vs budget updates, and forecast inputs under the direction of the Project Manager
  • Support preparation of project and portfolio status reports for internal and client stakeholders.
  • Help ensure project information is accurate, organized, and available to support decision-making.

Qualifications: 

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, project controls in an engineering, construction, or manufacturing project environment.
  • College diploma, university degree, or equivalent work experience in Business, Construction Management, Project Management, Administration, Science, Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good written communication skills, including meeting minutes, action logs, and status updates.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to work independently with guidance and escalate issues when needed.
Note: Annual salary for this role ranges from $65,000 to $70,000, based on experience.
