Essential Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, budgets, cost estimates, and forecasts from tender through project completion, ensuring alignment with as-sold commitments and Global Project Controls standards.
- Monitor project schedule, costs, commitments, productivity, and forecasts; analyze trends and variances, identify schedule and cost risks, and drive/support mitigation actions with Project Managers and functional cost owners.
- Maintain accurate project financials and data across applicable systems, including SAP and Unifier, ensuring budgets, forecasts, approved project reviews, change orders, and cost movements remain aligned.
- Provide timely internal and external project reporting, communicating schedule, cost, forecast, risk, and overall project status to key stakeholders and collaborating with third parties as required.
- Manage project commercial and financial activities, including new order booking, customer setup/validation, change orders, billing plan updates, invoicing, cash collection, and project cash planning.
- Coordinate internal financial interfaces and support change-order calculations, claims, project closeout, and other project controls activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead and provide guidance to Project Cost Control Analysts on larger or more complex projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma/GED with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of project planning experience and 2 years of project cost-control experience.

- Ability and willingness to travel up to 10%, in accordance with applicable company travel and tax policies.

The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
