Who are we looking for?
We're looking for a Project Controller to join our Project Services team.
Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
- Supporting Project Managers and Leads with commercial and technical documentation.
- Implementing and maintaining project processes and compliance standards.
- Building and maintaining project schedules and documentation.
- Ensuring data integrity between project management and design teams.
- Monitoring project financials and timelines.
- Coordinating with Project Directors, Managers, and discipline leads to keep deliverables on track.
- Producing regular status and performance reports.
- Managing work breakdown structures (WBS), resource allocation, dependencies, and inter-project relationships.
- Identifying and reporting on project overruns and schedule slippages.
What you will bring to the team:
- Experience in cost control and planning —preferably within a consultancy environment.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Power BI.
- A multidisciplinary background is a plus.
This role involves a combination of office-based and on-site work, depending on project requirements.
You’ll be based in Makati, Quezon City, or Cebu, aligned with your home location. Flexibility to travel and work on-site is essential to meet project demands.
