Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and manage project schedules from project concept to project completion.
- Monitor planned and actual progress including demonstration of impacting events.
- Assist stakeholders by highlighting clear critical paths, key interfaces and trade timelines.
- Provide construction and commissioning teams with clear labour, material and equipment requirements.
- Coordinate with commercial teams to develop cash flow forecasts and earned value analysis on projects.
- Provide project insights, translating real time data into concise performance dashboards and reports for project and client needs.
- Analyse historical project data for improved risk analysis and project forecasting.
Qualifications
- Excellent communicator to integrate with multiple high performing teams.
- Dynamic, with ability to work independently.
- Diploma or higher in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction scheduling using Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject or Microsoft Project.
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, preferably FIDIC contracts.
