Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and manage project schedules from project concept to project completion.
  • Monitor planned and actual progress including demonstration of impacting events.
  • Assist stakeholders by highlighting clear critical paths, key interfaces and trade timelines.
  • Provide construction and commissioning teams with clear labour, material and equipment requirements.
  • Coordinate with commercial teams to develop cash flow forecasts and earned value analysis on projects.
  • Provide project insights, translating real time data into concise performance dashboards and reports for project and client needs.
  • Analyse historical project data for improved risk analysis and project forecasting.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communicator to integrate with multiple high performing teams.
  • Dynamic, with ability to work independently.
  • Diploma or higher in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction scheduling using Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject or Microsoft Project.
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, preferably FIDIC contracts.
