Project Control Lead’s main responsibility is to manage project control activities within FACTS FSC/SC and work in close co-operation with rest of the FACTS team and NAM PC function to enable seamless co-operation between Solution Line and region.Job Description
Key responsibilities:
Support operations to manage the project schedule & costs to ensure we deliver on-time and within budget.
Support FSC/SC operations and engineering to manage schedules and cost follow-ups from Solution Line point of view and together with regional PC function
Act as an interface between region and SL in project control related tasks
Ensure approved budget changes (change requests and orders, BDRs, RAI updates) to hours are updated and captured in P6
Control of FSC/SC SL resource allocations together with project planners and controllers
Administration of FSC/SC schedule quality and monthly operational KPIs
Drive and implement GSI PC actions and improvements in tools and processes in FACTS FSC/SC
Required qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of Project Management, Cost Controlling or Project Planning experience
Knowledge of project management processes and procedures
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 5 years of experience in customer project management
Strong communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Established project management skills.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $87,000.00 and $145,000.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
