Job Description – PCC / Warehouse Material SupportSummary
Handles and maintains the flow of materials and products in warehouse and manufacturing areas according to established guidelines. This role is responsible for supporting material receiving, issuing, inventory accuracy, system transactions, and daily warehouse operations. The position also supports PCC activities related to material readiness, project build support, and cross-functional coordination.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for receiving materials, including dock-to-stock items, RI, MRO, PCBs, floor returns, and other incoming materials.
Perform the appropriate system transactions accurately and on time.
Responsible for issuing materials from stock, including transfers, kits, manual pulls, CIRs, OTORs, and other material requests.
Ensure all material transactions are completed correctly and verified to maintain inventory accuracy.
Support cycle counting activities and assist in identifying inventory discrepancies.
Maintain 5S order, cleanliness, and safety in the warehouse area at all times.
Follow all safety rules and use required personal protective equipment.
Comply with all safety and health regulations related to this position and follow supervisor instructions.
Follow all procedures under the company security policy.
Support PCC team members in material readiness tracking and project build preparation.
Coordinate with internal teams such as PCC, PjM, TPM, RD, SCPM, Buyer, and Warehouse for material-related issues.
Support issue follow-up, material status updates, and escalation when needed.
Assist with process improvement activities related to warehouse flow, material control, and inventory management.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
One to three months of related experience and/or training is preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.
Basic computer and system operation skills are preferred.
Basic English reading ability is a plus.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
Able to follow procedures and work with cross-functional teams.
