Position: Project Control Analyst, Junior
Overview
ITC Defense is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Project Control Analyst (Financial Analyst – Junior) to support program execution, financial management, and operational activities within the ITC Program Management Office. This position provides analytical and administrative support across multiple task orders and programs, with a focus on budget management, financial reporting, project tracking, resource planning, and overall program performance. This position requires a motivated professional with strong financial acumen, excellent data analysis skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and track program/project requirements, status, budgets, and schedules, and support business-case analysis as required.
- Coordinate contract deliverables and program activities among management, customers, and contractors, including task-order financial inquiries.
- Support documentation, change control, data management, and other government-required processes.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and other analytical tools to support financial and program analysis.
- Support Task Order budgets, financial performance monitoring, EACs, expenditure forecasting, funding requirements and notifications, and labor-hour allocation.
- Support program travel authorizations, tracking, and expense reporting.
- Support purchases and tracking of Other Direct Costs (ODCs) and materials.
- Review prime and subcontractor invoices and support subcontract modifications.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
- Less than three (3) years of work experience in a field related to Foreign Military Sales (FMS), logistics, program management, or a technical or business analysis discipline related to acquisition, lifecycle management, analysis, or planning.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
- Ability to support financial and business analysis, including budgeting, financial tracking, forecasting, cost analysis, or project financial management.
- Demonstrated strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Must possess an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance or have the ability to obtain and maintain one.
- Experience supporting DoD or other government contracting programs.
- Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, or similar data visualization and analytical tools.
- Familiarity with government contracting financial practices, including FAR, DCAA requirements, GAAP, and Cost-Plus, Time-and-Materials, or Firm-Fixed-Price contracts.
- Experience with task-order execution, subcontract administration, invoice review, or program controls.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
