Job Description:
Parsons is seeking an experienced Project Compliance & Oversight Officer to support a major aviation concession development program. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing project governance, compliance, stakeholder coordination, and executive reporting while serving as a key interface between the Airport Authority, concessionaire, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure successful project delivery.
What You'll Be Doing:
Act as the Authority's day-to-day site-based representative across the concession program.
Monitor project progress against agreed milestones, commitments, and approval requirements.
Coordinate with concessionaires, consultants, contractors, and airport stakeholders to facilitate project delivery.
Track key project actions, decisions, deliverables, and outstanding issues.
Track and monitor the review and coordination of technical submissions and project documentation.
Monitor compliance with project governance frameworks, concession agreements, contractual requirements, and airport development standards.
Ensure project documentation, approvals, submissions, and governance records are maintained in accordance with established procedures.
Track regulatory approvals, permits, NOCs, stakeholder endorsements, and statutory requirements.
Support the implementation and monitoring of project controls, reporting structures, and compliance processes.
Identify potential governance or compliance issues and escalate matters appropriately.
Serve as a focal point for communication between airport stakeholders and project delivery teams.
Manage interfaces between airside, landside, operational, and infrastructure stakeholders.
Maintain strong relationships with government authorities, aviation regulators, concession partners, and airport operations teams.
Prepare executive dashboards, briefing notes, reports, and presentations for senior leadership
Monitor project risks and governance-related issues.
Ensure timely communication of critical matters to project leadership.
Assist with audit reviews and compliance assessments where required.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Minimum 15 years of professional experience in major aviation, infrastructure, transportation, or building development projects.
Demonstrated experience in project governance, compliance oversight, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and technical administration.
Previous experience within airport development, aviation infrastructure, concession programs, PPP projects, or major capital projects is highly desirable.
Experience working on a client-side, employer-side, grantor-side, or airport authority environment preferred.
Proven involvement in complex projects with multiple stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, approvals, and governance processes.
