  • Establish and lead strong governance practices, overseeing project timelines, risk management, resource planning, and performance reporting.
  • Represent the portfolio in forums and reviews, providing relevant updates and anticipating risks.
  • Support the growth of project management culture within the organization, modeling structured, collaborative, and forward-looking ways of working.

People & Stakeholder management
  • Directly manage a team of Product Change Managers providing day-to-day support, coaching and development discussions.
  • Develop team capabilities through on-the-job coaching and development discussions.
  • Promote collaboration and accountability within the team, driving a strong sense of ownership and partnership.
  • Act as a central connector across functions, aligning teams and enabling decision-making.
  • Build trust and influence stakeholders across levels and geographies.

Continuous Improvement
  • Champion a problem-solving mindset across your team, fostering agility and structure thinking in overcoming roadblocks.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and propose solutions to simplify ways of working or improve timelines.
  • Share learning across the PCM team to raise the bar on execution and standardization.
  • Champion continuous improvement, identifying and implementing practical solutions to enhance project delivery and portfolio visibility.

What you will bring
A passion for executional excellence, collaboration, and business impact. You will bring:

  • Experience in people management, team development, or mentoring.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with confidence in presenting to and aligning with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and capable of driving effective discussions with project resources, from tactical execution level up to steering committee members.
  • A continuous improvement mindset and ability to identify process enhancements that improve project efficiency, cycle time, and quality.
  • A hands-on, solutions-oriented approach and ability to operate with agility in a growth-focused entrepreneurial environment.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Accolade experience is a plus.
