The Project Coordinator will be based in India. In this position, you will report to the Senior Manager- Project Controls and Support.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do…

• Collaborate and coordinate with Project Management, Accounting, Supply Chain, Logistics and Vendors.

• Assist with managing project budgets while using ERP tools like NetSuite for processing purchase orders, tracking payments.

• Manage close-out administration for projects globally.

• Prepare and distribute regular reports and collect/ consolidate user response.

• Track PM and Project Milestone completion and provide reports.

• Issue Project cost updates based on file inputs.

• Assist with data collection and clean-up activities for both regular and ad hoc reports.

Here is some of what you’ll need (required)…

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience with MS Excel and computer literacy.

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple project tasks simultaneously with care given to each.

• Capability to build cross functional relationships in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience working with Supply Chain and Logistics a plus

• Experience working with NetSuite a plus

• Experience working with Power BI a plus
