About the Role:
As a Project Coordinator you will be working in our social housing background, providing a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community.
As a Project Coordinator you will be part of a local team supporting high standard Project Coordination for Planned Work activities to Housing properties, delivering best in class customer service, and satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards.
- Booking appointments for inspections and works with residents and 3rd party contactors.
- Attending inspections in occupied properties with the Supervisors
- Dealing with Customer Complaints over the phone and emails
- Collocation of completion paperwork, getting all paperwork from 3rd party contractors.
- Admin duties, updating spreadsheets, scanning documentation, answering phones and emails.
Role Criteria:
- Worked within a similar role
- IT Literate
- Good Written and Verbal communication
- Can Prioritise workload
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Customer Service experience
