Project & Change Manager

Salary: £62,600 – £65,000
Hybrid (2–3 days onsite preferred)
Location: Cromwell Hospital, London (SW5 0TU)
Permanent
Hours: Full-time – 37.5 per week

We are looking for a highly delivery focused Project Manager who thrives in a fast paced, complex transformation environment. The successful candidate will lead complex workstreams, drive change adoption, and ensure delivery of measurable outcomes across clinical, operational, and digital stakeholders. They must be action oriented, accountable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity whilst maintaining momentum across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

How you’ll help us make health happen:

  • Deliver technology and operational change projects, ensuring clear plans, timelines and scope.

  • Support project initiation, requirements gathering and documentation.

  • Manage day‑to‑day project activity, risks and issues, escalating where needed.

  • Work closely with clinical, operational, and IT teams to support smooth delivery and adoption.

  • Produce clear, accurate reporting and project updates.

  • Coordinate third‑party suppliers and internal partners where required.

  • Build positive relationships with stakeholders across the hospital.

  • Support change management activity, including comms, training planning and engagement.

  • Work flexibly with both Agile and Waterfall approaches, depending on project needs.

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role

Essential Skills

  • 3–5+ years’ experience in project management and business change delivery.

  • Proven ability to drive delivery, manage RAID, reporting, and governance.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across senior and operational audiences.

  • Experience translating strategic priorities into clear plans, actions, and benefits.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple teams and dependencies.

  • Proven track record of delivering successful outcomes and benefits across a variety of projects.

  • Project management qualification or working knowledge of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum.

  • Working knowledge of change methodologies such as ADKAR or Prosci or similar.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience delivering projects in healthcare or highly regulated environments.

  • Experience working with hospital systems or digital clinical platforms, such as EPR, PAS, EMR, or integration-led environments.

  • Familiarity with benefits realisation planning and execution in healthcare transformation.

  • Understanding of hospital operational workflows and stakeholder complexity.
