- Role responsibilities:
Oversee enclosure packaging activities to ensure completion as per production schedule, quality standards, and performance requirements. - Manage enclosure assembly, integration, and testing in accordance with customer-approved procedures and test scripts.
- Prepare and coordinate manufacturing schedules with suppliers for all open orders to meet committed delivery timelines.
- Conduct weekly review meetings with packagers to monitor material availability, production progress, and resolve any issues impacting delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control team to ensure all bought-out and manufactured materials comply with customer-approved technical submittals.
- Perform End-of-Line (EOL) inspections of enclosure packages prior to testing.
- Execute testing of enclosed generator packages as per approved test scripts, prepare test reports, close all observations, and upload reports to the customer portal for review and approval.
- Ensure proper packing of all loose materials with detailed packing slips, maintaining 100% compliance with project scope and customer requirements.
- Maintain in-process and final product quality records, including unit-wise documentation and repository management.
- Drive zero-defect manufacturing by ensuring adherence to quality standards at the supplier facility.
- Verify appropriate packaging methods to prevent transit damage during shipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve manufacturing, quality, and performance objectives while meeting customer expectations.
