What You’ll Do and Impact:

  • Lead architectural design efforts from concept development to construction, ensuring seamless execution through bidding, permitting, and project completion.

  • Utilize AI-driven tools to accelerate concept development, streamline design iterations, and enhance accuracy.

  • Conduct site visits, assess existing conditions, and develop compelling design proposals using AI-powered analytics for spatial planning optimization.

  • Create architectural plans, drawings, and specifications that align with building codes, zoning, and industry standards, leveraging AI for compliance and accessibility audits.

  • Manage consultant coordination, including hiring, oversight, and invoice approvals, using AI for proposal evaluations and project forecasting.

  • Collaborate with contractors and construction teams to refine designs, manage costs, process RFIs, and issue change orders, integrating AI for cost estimation and risk assessment.
