Skills Required
- Registered Architect (RA), or ability to obtain registration within an agreed period after hire
- 5-10 years of professional architecture experience
- Experience producing construction documents
- Experience coordinating multiple engineering disciplines and outside consultants through Design Development and Construction Documents phases
- Proficiency in Revit/BIM for architectural production
- Working knowledge of local building codes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- NCARB certification
- Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
- Public-agency or institutional project experience
- CSI/CDT credential or specification-writing experience
- Experience with alternative delivery methods, including design-build
