The Project Application Specialist is responsible for rolling out global solutions, supporting data cleaning, conducting system testing, and facilitating workshops and trainings, while providing application expertise.

The purpose of the role is to implement the Global Solution (systems) working with the local business teams within the designated solution areas (business functions) and systems (IFS, Salesforce). The role is a key contributor in integrating and fitting the Global Solution to the local site(s) within Munters companies.

You will be an expert in either IFS Cloud ERP or Salesforce Applications, supporting specific global process (ex. Manufacturing, SCM, Sales, Service, Finance). You will be part of a Central team working together with the Central Rollout Leads to deploy the global solution to the local sites. You will be supported by the Global teams who owns the scope and the Global Solution (GPO Global Process Owners   GPA Global Process Architects). You will also collaborate with other delivery area leads to carry out all key activities during the rollout such as testing, training, data uploads, cutover etc.

You’ll ensure all activities within each phases of the rollout are executed timely and as per required quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Rollout the Global Solution to the local sites following each of the phases within the TTOE rollout methodology
  • Maintain documentation for any minor changes carried out for the local sites in collaboration with GPA (approval)
  • Permission set content, user interface design, data visualization, workflow setup, reports etc.
  • Responsible for supporting Data Cleaning activities within the local sites and Uploading / Migrating Data to the new system
  • Responsible for system (functional   non functional) and regression testing as part of the rollout
  • Provide subject matter knowledge within your functional   technical area to support the Central rollout leads
  • Facilitate required workshops during the phases of the project with local teams / central teams and support teams
  • Facilitate user groups, conduct super user trainings
  • Facilitate Global Solution knowledge exchange forums to enable skills growth
  • Contribute with application and solution knowledge
  • Key contributor in fit   gap (new requirements) exercises to prepare decisions
  • Facilitate training of new users, both general and process specific
  • Preparatory work for system testing, e.g. planning scenarios   data set-up
  • Create decision material for Global Solution deviating adjustments
  • Support site assessments (AS-IS), Decision Making, Identifying workarounds, User Acceptance Testing, and perform Cutover activities

Skills

  • Application experience within one of the following domains is required with a good understanding of how local countries / sites are rolled out
  • IFS Cloud ERP, IFS ERP
  • CRM, CAD, PDM, PLM systems
  • Have experience from processes in an industrial environment or a manufacturing company
  • Ability to affect and negotiate solution fitment to local sites
  • Ability to articulate new ideas and concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations
  • Ability to work creatively and strategically to solve business problems and propose solutions
