Project Manager – PMO - IM-SE Hardware Solutions Competency Center (CTO, NXP Semiconductors)

We are looking for a talented project manager to lead projects in our System and Board Solutions (SBS) organization. This position requires exceptional interpersonal and project management skills as well as good business acumen that will be utilized while working with customers, vendors, business partners, and global project teams.

Our ideal candidate will utilize their project management and leadership capabilities including effective project planning and execution, stakeholder management, risk management, change management and requirements management to successfully execute a variety of projects in parallel. The candidate must have high integrity, courage, effective communication skills, and strong analytical skills as well as a high level of proficiency with technology and applications.

What you will be doing:

· Planning and managing multiple projects in parallel with cross functional teams to develop printed circuit boards, semiconductor test hardware, proof of concept and development platform system solutions

· Continually improving your people and project management skills

· Engaging and communicating with diverse individuals across the company and around the world (including: product engineers, design engineers, CAD experts, test engineers, software developers, manufacturers, procurement and logistics experts)

· Building strong relationships with our key stakeholders both internally and externally

· Managing risks and resolving issues with positive results

· Collaborating with brilliant minds on solutions with the latest emerging technology

Qualifications:

· Required: Technical degree from university/college.

· Preferred: PMP Certification and over 5 years in project management roles

· Preferred: Experience in the semiconductor industry

· Preferred: Semiconductor Test Experience or PCB design and manufacturing experience
